I went from Sariyer to your office in turkish world Trade center ( it took 2 hours one way )to buy airline ticket to and from Sydney.Shocked that the office not only does not booking etc i am not allowed to visit the office (apparently they dont accept visitors!!!!) The person sitting at the desk of information advised me to go a Shop called Yelken Travel agency to buy tickets. Supposing that it was an agency employed by Singapor airlines I went to that shop and asked the price for their service.His answer 700-800 TL??? I returmed home after another 2 hour travelling and finally succeded to make a reservation on line.
Your phones are not practical, very busy and too complex. Why dont you put a warning on your web page that no booking or ticketing can be made by these offices.Or plainly say where could it be done.
I think a very bad mark Singapor airllines with which I always enjoy flying.
